pds
What price range should I be paying for a 1981 Lowden S5? Sounds great but the front has a few dings and scratches. Anyone any idea
R32
Of course, this is a difficult question to answer with any degree of accuracy…probably not more than a few grand though. Why this particular instrument? Have you played it? You could get a brand new one for around 4,5k. Alternatively, I bought an F25 recently. Just realised I would much prefer a cutaway so if you have anything to trade…
Dad3353
If it's sound, with only minor 'playing' wear, searches show prices between 1000-2000€. Any repairs might knock a few hundred off, and pristine condition and/or a hard case might add the same. No guarantee of accuracy, but I hope this helps; meanwhile... Have a great day. Crusoe
Can you post some pictures to show the condition?
pds
I like the sound of it to answer @R32and it's nearby! It does have some knocks on the front and the case is original but in bad condition..so I'll throw in a low offer around 1200€. Thanks for your help @Dad3353
