EdwardMarlowe
Giving some thought to selling my old acoustic, a Tanglewood TW15NS. I'm not dissatisfied with the quality of the guitar, but I'm just not a dreadnought man. I'd liked something like an 000 / orchestra or maybe a parlour body, full scale (not a mini or travel guitar). I did see one a few years ago I thought was my dream acoustic, a Blueridge with a perfect, inter-war years bluesman look, but alas I need a lefty.... Anybosy out there doing that sort of thing in the sub-500 squid range?
burno70
You could check out Richards Guitars? Richard himself is available onine regularly for chats and he might have an answer for you. https://rguitars.co.uk/ I'm not affiliated with them by the way. EdwardMarlowe
Thanks, I'll have a look at that. I see they have a lefty Godin 5th Ave, which is a condenter,
dlloyd
My small bodied acoustic guitars of choice are Selmer style guitars, particularly the D hole style. They're typically associated with gypsy jazz but are actually quite versatile. The Cigano GJ15 can be found for around the price you're looking at. I have one and it's really nice.
