V4lve Posted July 6, 2022 Share Posted July 6, 2022 Hi. Recently got a Sonic IR loader to use with my acoustic and some acoustic IRs. Wondering where it should go in my signal chain. My acoustic is passive (has a piezo but no preamp) so already use a preamp DI pedal to increase level and shape the tone. Am assuming the loader goes after the preamp as it is also a DI and for an active guitar that would have to happen anyway right?
