ezbass Posted November 3, 2020 Posted November 3, 2020 (edited) Given that we're going to be spending at least a month indoors and that my outside pursuit of chasing a small white ball around the countryside with a bag of sticks has been curtailed, I've decided to build myself a Fuzz Face clone. I love Eric Johnson's singing lead tone and have only recently realised that the main component of this is a Fuzz Face (all the EJ anoraks go, "Yeah, duh!") so this could be fun. ezbass Posted November 14, 2020 Author Posted November 14, 2020 Short demo (forgive the playing). First clean, then full on (controls at 3 o'clock, 5 being max), followed by backing the guitar's vol control off a little at a time down to about 7. Then working back up again and then off/clean. Quote
