Was learning of a tab but looked up a few lessons on YouTube and noticed no one teaches it the way I play it, all play if with 3 fingers. It is possible to use your pinky for the high G (1st string 15th fret) though. Long story to shreds, do whatever feels most comfortable to you. (unless, of course, you're in a tribute band and a particular physical movement is highly characteristic of the player you're performing as).
