Sorry late, back from hip replacement #2. They do not make oxycodone like they used to. I only finger picked the last several years with very short nails but began experimenting with finger picks (not metal Dunlop banjo picks) and pretty much have settled on the white Fred Kelly picks. Except when on banjo, I hate thumb picks and only use kelly picks on index for more clarity and volume on acoustic when strumming. Kinda like if Toy Caldwell used his pointer instead of thumb. Can't you see. Mostly skin on steel though.

I gotta have an amp with crunch. If so, I have recently, 2 yrs, started using an eq pedal by Orange called "two stroke". It sounds ornier than the 1979 yz 125 with 250 jugs my dad rode when I was a kid. Handlebars wide as a semi......or the Moore 150 amp modulator which, someone mentioned, is probably cheating. Joyo also has an extreme metal pedal that I purchased and grudgingly admit could easily replace the Mooer and the EVH 5150 overdrive pedal I rarely plug up.

Does Wal-Mart deliver that?

Ahhhh, rural TN, where on any given weeknight, when you have to be at work early, your dog(s) decides to tree a possum/coon/ housecat 50 yards from bedroom window around 1:45am. And if you're lucky, flashlight will go dead as you approach tree/creekbank.

Those Lazer (I think) headless played by Johnny winter. Come to think of it other than being a nice piece of lumber, reverse firebird's weren't that great looking either.

I have a six sided cigar box (not counting top and bottom) you can have. Would look pretty neat, especially with resonator style plate or banjo head stuck in there

Ok, in your opinion, what is the ugliest guitar ever mass produced? My ugliest guitar vote would go to a Gibson "60's firebird. It is the equivalent of my 1983 jeep J-10. Gatemouth Brown's is the only one I've seen...and I'm only referring to looks. I love my jeep and at least it's not International

Was wondering how so many copycat guitars have suddenly seemed to explode onto the market. Is it because of China and/or readily available Internet and/or delivery options. Some of these look pretty amazing. I regularly see them advertising as "Les Paul's", *explorers" mostly copying Gibson, Ibanez gems or b c. Rich it seems. Is this legal?
