Hey! PMT are very reputable sellers, so you're definitely not getting knock-offs. What kind of sound are you looking for? There are a few super useful rules-of-thumb to bear in mind when buying acoustics. I'd also suggest playing around with different string gauges and brands. My go-to acoustic set is custom light by elixir. These sound fantastic on my Taylor and last a tad longer than a standard set of strings because of the nano-web coating.
