  1. Recording your practice sessions is a fantastic way to track your progress, and sharing your journey can definitely help and inspire others. For editing your practice videos, especially if you're using a Mac, you might want to check out some free video editing software for mac. These tools are user-friendly and quite efficient for beginners looking to polish their videos without investing in pricey software.
  2. That Roland AC 60 you're talking about sounds fantastic, especially since it's almost new and comes with its original bag. I've checked out Roland's stuff, and they're usually perfect. It's not often you find gear that's barely used and still in great shape. I was looking up Roland Gear and found this site about the Roland Cloud service. It's like a membership where you can access loads of Roland virtual instruments and effects. They have over 50 instruments, including some famous ones like the TR-808. They also have this ZENOLOGY Software Synthesizer and effects that you can use to make all sorts of cool sounds.
  3. Your Taylor 712e sounds like a real gem, and it's awesome that it helped you out with the tennis elbow situation.
  4. Sounds like a decent deal if the dents aren't too gnarly. Upgraded humbuckers are a plus, especially if they're DiMarzios.
  5. The Dan Smith Era ones are legit. If I had the cash, I'd be tempted.
  6. OVERTHROW are looking for an experienced, lead guitarist to join as a permanent member. We are independent, have an established local and national following and are actively gigging on a regular basis. We have an album of material written that we are due to record in the summer of 2019, release and then embark on a regional tour towards to the end of 2019/beginning of 2020. We are looking for someone who can initially join as a touring member, with a view to joining as a permanent/full-time member. ************************************************************************************************* ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Technically proficient on specifically lead, but also rhythm guitar. Heavily influenced by and passionate about Death, Thrash, Black, Heavy and Extreme Metal (no 'core' stuff) and an appreciation for honest songwriting. Must have previous experience in playing/performing with established, hard-working Metal band(s). Must be based in London, or within easy reach of London if just outside. Must be 100% dedicated and involved in every aspect of the band. We want you to be an active member, not just a voiceless passenger. Must be available for weekly rehearsal/band meetings. ************************************************************************************************* DESIRABLE CRITERIA: Strong songwriting ability. Recording experience. Own transportation. Connections with other musicians and promoters across the UK and abroad. A good sense of humour/an appreciation for dark humour is definitely preferred. ************************************************************************************************* If you are interested, please contact me via email ([email protected]) or you can get in contact via FB: FB dot com/OverthrowUK We also have an online EPK you can check out: artistecard dot com / overthrow where you can find some audio we recorded live in the studio in December.
