Awesome pedal, super useful when I had my little pedal board in action as it’s got chorus, tremolo, and echo on top of a variety of very cool and useable reverbs. Comes with box and manual.

Awesome delay - with tones designed by guys at Premier Guitar for this version 1 of the Alter Ego. Many types of delay available, and a basic looper too. Also tone print options. From TCE: Built On The Shoulders of a Giant Alter Ego Delay is the unique result of Andy and Aaron at ProGuitarShop getting to play around with the TonePrint software. A pure labor of love, PGS sculpted some of the most awesome delay sounds around. • Now available worldwide * • Two exclusive delay modes custom tuned by ProGuitarShop • 7 seconds of delay *Available exclusively from ProGuitarshop in North and South America Delayed World Domination When Andy and Aaron at ProGuitarShop originally did these custom tunings, they were quite exclusive - but as the sounds are so highly regarded and sought after the world over, we want everyone to be able to get them! Delay Daze Andy and Aaron at ProGuitarShop went to town on our TonePrint software like you would not believe and came up with two exclusive Toneprints that can only be found on this pedal - let's have a look. The Echorec / The DMM Setting / Seconds Nature So Pink Floyd we should have painted it pink! The Echorec is characterized by a very unique modulation. Typically when you think of delay and modulation you think of a chorusing effect. But this is more of a vibrato than a chorus. On lower settings it just adds a very subtle 3D effect, but if you care to crank up the volume it gives a nice warble, resulting in a slight Leslie type effect. You will notice this warble at around 300ms repeat time. It then morphs into some great swirling upper harmonics at higher delay time settings. A clear tribute to the Electro Harmonix Deluxe Memory Man, the DMM is a classic delay that everyone with a guitar heart is very familiar with. This tuning is very focused on capturing the nuances of the echo and mimicking the unique decay heard in its repeats. Seven seconds of delay should be more than enough for even your wildest sounds. And even at long settings, Alter Ego Delay always sounds smooth and natural. True to Tone You love tone, so do we, and our design philosophy testifies to that. So whatever route you wanna go, we got your back. With optimized headroom, True Bypass or Buffered Bypass switch and Kill-Dry on/off, this pedal guarantees optimal tonal integrity and zero loss of tone. And, no matter if the pedal is on or off your precious dry sound is always passed through the pedal unharmed in all it's pure analog glory due to an Analog-Dry-Through. Backstage Pass - All Access With Alter Ego Delay, getting tones is a cinch. Dialing in sounds is quick and intuitive and it's one of those pedals where you just can't seem to get anything else but awesome sounds. Controls the delay time, which, apart from the Slapback, can go up to 7 seconds. Determines how pronounced the effect is. From subtle ambience to total timewarp. Allows you to select quarter notes, dotted eighths or a dual delay combination of both (of which "the Edge" would very much approve). Set the number of repetitions and how much effect is fed back to the input - short and snappy or infinite soundscapes ... you decide! Sets your delay type. Makes a mean panini. Only one of these is actually true. TonePrint pedals offer both true- or buffered bypass. It simply means that no matter what your setup or situation, TC pedals give you optimal signal integrity so the 'you' in your playing shines through with unparalleled clarity and definition.

Buying advice for CIJ/American Fender Jaguars

Buying advice for CIJ/American Fender Jaguars
Chiliwailer replied to Kasper Pauley's topic in Guitars
Considered Mexican? I spent years selling Japanese and Mexican reissue Fenders in London, the difference was so negligible or random between track country. Some Jap gear that gets rave reviews, while being good, is sometimes hyped up far too much. Have you played a Jaguar btw? Just checking you’re cool with the smaller scale length? Some players find a Buzz Stop is really helpful on models with a vintage style bridge, as it stops strings popping off the saddle if you hit hard. The Mex one is definitely Alder btw, could be nice with a good set up and new pups - https://www.fender.com/en-GB/electric-guitars/jaguar/player-ii-jaguar/0140580518.html -
Fender D’Aquisto Elite Jazz Guitar 1985

Long overdue bump… -
Cheers. It was a wonderful gift from a friend who owned a shop in Denmark Street years back. He kept it after a p/x though wasn’t into playing it, but I’d always get it out anytime I visited him. One day when I visited him in Cornwall he gave it to me, saying he was going to anyway in his will, but he could see how much I was enjoying it. Needless to say I’m so thankful.

15 years after getting my Martin parlour, which is in the first post of this thread, and 3 years after saying in that post I’d get it restored, I finally did and just got it back The out of place full size bridge was replaced with the proper smaller pyramid style - it’s a bit scarred now because of that, but it is over 180 years old so I can live with that! To make it look less scarred would have compromised the original finish, rosette and vibe. It’s also got new tuners, cracks were fixed, and the back was French polished. Feel blessed to be a custodian of this one. Would love to know it’s stories.

Tightest of squeezes on my board, and a firm refusal to get a bigger one, hence selling the Fender Santa Ana to @Soledad The Boss Waza Chorus adds a bit of volume so it goes in before the comp, hence the odd placement of the input lead due to space issues.

Telecaster bridge pickup suggestions for classic rock and blues
Chiliwailer replied to randythoades's topic in Guitars
The MXR Custom Shop Micro Amp with the tone controls might help with swapping guitars and adding volume/ character? Great pedal Otherwise, huge fan of Fralin pups. -
Do like a top 3… This week it’d be: John Frusciante David Gilmour Neil Young

Cheers Douglas for the very kind words, moreover really pleased you’re chuffed with the pedal. I’ve just been playing, and I’m missing it on my board. It’s a small board (hence the sale) and my other ODs as great as they are just can’t bring the muscle that the Fender can. Not that I usually need the muscle, but it’s nice to have on tap eh?!

£1250 ono US made, 2018, Original 60s series in Candy Apple Red. Superb quality. 65 pure vintage pickups and 9.5 radius board. Clean front and neck, with some marks on the back and paint chip around the neck pocket (as often happens on these for truss adjustments). Comes with original hard case, trem, and ashtray cover.

Great condition, home use only and kept on my pedal board. Obligatory velcro on rear. Very versatile due to the EQ and gives you classic tones.

Reluctant sale forced by longstanding shoulder issues. Bought new by me in December 2019, very well looked after and nicely set up. I used a sound hole tuner, which has left a small mark caused by reaction to the nitro - doh! It doesn’t look too bad (see pics), but I’ll include the tuner with the sale, very handy. £200 Squier Standard Telecaster made in 2006, Candy Apple Red. Lots of upgrades, set up very well and plays/sounds great. Upgrades - Fender Vintage Noiseless neck pickup. Beautifully clean and yet nice and warm. - DiMarzio Pre B1 bridge pickup. Like a warm pre CBS pickup, takes away the usual high Tele zing in the bridge position yet still bites. This is far nicer than the Vintage Noiseless bridge pickup which sounded harsh and sterile. - USA pots and orange drop 0.01 capacitor. The pots give you the best of the pickups and the 0.01 cap means that you can use the tone to make the guitar warm, not muddy. - new jack which takes right angled leads (Switchcraft?). - proper Tele knobs. The original parts are also included, apart from the jack and strap buttons which are for a Schaller locking systems. Comes with a well padded gig bag (bass size). Collection from Harrow HA1 4UW

Amazing compressor, which also sounds awesome on bass. The LEDS are very helpful and keep you on track if comp isn’t your usual thing. Reviewed in the link below. http://www.ovnilab.com/reviews/empress.shtml Great condition, works perfectly. Has Velcro on rear.
