  1. This guitar is in near mint condition. It's in Tobacco Brown Sunburst and comes complete with original sturdy gigbag, pilots guide and unused Yamaha earphones. I've gigged with it this year but like all my gear, I've look after it and it's in execptional condition. Here's the spec from Yamaha... https://uk.yamaha.com/en/products/musical_instruments/guitars_basses/silent_guitar/slg200_series/index.html And... https://www.yamahamusiclondon.com/SLG200S-Steel-String-Silent-Guitar/pidGSLG200STBS Briefly, it has a piezo pickup together with the Yamaha SRT modelling feature which replicates the sound of a top end acoustic guitar recorded by an equally high end micophone. These two can be blended to give an impressive acoustic sound. Plenty of YT videos to quench your thirst. It's a great guitar for playing at home (takes up hardly any room) and for gigging. As it's a solid body, it doesn't feedback. New price from Yamaha is £695 I'm not with the guitar at the moment so photos will be added as soon as I'm reunited with it...! I'm only selling to fund a PRS Hollowbody which also has a piezo fitted, so I can flit between electric and acoustic at the flick of a switch. It can be collected from me in Hampshire or I can meet you/deliver within a reasonable distance. I'm not willing to post, but it will be well packed if you want to arrange a courier. Thanks
  2. I was lucky enough to get one for Christmas and I've barely put it down since. Utterly brilliant guitar and I'm looking forward to using it when we start gigging again in the summer. Used with the Yamaha THR5 amp, they make a great team. Last week I bought a Variax JTV guitar, so it seems I'm a sucker for whacky instruments. ..! GLWTS, lovely condition and a good price...
  3. I bought this guitar new a couple of years ago and fitted the LR Baggs for live use. I haven’t used it as much as I thought I would and so it has to go. Obviously Fender are more noted for their electric guitars, this one is rather nice and gets good reviews. It’s extremely well built and the finish is superb. The top is solid mahogany and the sides laminated mahogany. Buying this rig today would cost nearly £400. It plays very well and is a comfortable size to play when standing. I’m happy to deliver locally or meet you half way. There’s no case, so I wouldn’t be willing to post. Graham
  4. I bought this guitar new 5 years ago. It’s in mint condition and comes complete with the original Epiphone hard case. There is a very small amount of buckle rash. And I mean a very small amount, which I’ve tried to photograph but can’t seem to capture. There is the usual slight tarnishing on the pick ups which is on every similar guitar I’ve ever seen. The case has minor scuffs, but is unmarked inside. it plays very well and I really can’t fault it. Several upgrades over a regular Casino which include USA switchgear and USA P-90 pickups The only reason for selling is because I’ve seen another guitar which I must have…! If it doesn’t sell, I’ll be happy to keep it. I’m willing to deliver within a reasonable distance or meet you half way. Here’s a couple of reviews… https://www.musicradar.com/reviews/guitars/epiphone-inspired-by-john-lennon-casino-233716 https://www.guitarfact.com/revolutionary-the-john-lennon-limited-edition-casinos Edited yesterday at 18:20 by The Saint
  5. I've had this item for several years but probably used it no more than a dozen times. It's in almost new condition with just a couple of minor scratches which, considering it's a foot pedal, is quite remarkable...! The Play GTX gives you an amazing source of effects for your guitar but really excels at vocal processing. Want to sound like The Eagles, The Beatles, The Everly Brothers or any band that uses complex harmonies...? It's all here. It works exactly as it should and comes with the original power supply.
  6. Selling my Firehawk FX unit. It's in superb condition and I really can't find any blemishes at all. It works exactly as it should and includes the power supply. I'll also include the printed Pilot's Guide. I've loved using it but now playing more acoustic and I have all the toys I need on my mixer. Collection preferred but willing to drive a reasonable distance to deliver or meet you half way. Cheers Graham
  7. I'm selling my very rare Washburn Electro-Acoustic Guitar. I'm currently near Southampton and willing to travel a reasonable distance to deliver. It has a solid cedar top and the most fantastic Birdseye Maple back and sides. I have an idea that the back and sides are also solid, but I can't confirm this. The reason it's very rare is because I've never seen another one like it (despite extensive searching) and Washburn have not been able to explain why it has this combination of tonewoods. All others in the range have Rosewood back and sides. Here is a link to their original publicity and on page 10, you can see the technical specifications. https://www.washburn.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/Washburn1993Acoutics.pdf Washburn are unable to date it precisely but looking at the serial number, I think it was built in 1994. I bought it around 1995 so that would probably confirm the date. It's in fantastic condition, with just extremely small blemishes which in no way affects the playability or sound of the instrument. If you look very closely at the photo you can just see a very small area where the lacquer has worn between the 12th and 14th fret. There is also a very small area between the pickguard and the cutaway where the lacquer has worn. There is a tiny dent on the top, near the lower bout. It's so small it doesn't show up on a photo...! It is an unusual guitar for several reasons, not least is because it come with a 1/4" output jack, which is post EQ, and an XLR out if you want to go straight to the desk and bypass the Equis ll built in preamp. It comes with a dedicated hard case.
  8. Selling my Firehawk unit. It's in superb condition and I really can't find any blemishes at all. It works exactly as it should and includes the power supply. I'll also include the printed Pilot's Guide. I've loved using it but now playing more acoustic and I have all the toys I need on my mixer. Collection preferred but willing to drive to meet you if you're not too far. Graham
  9. I've had a Line 6 Firehawk FX for a while now. Not gigged with it but very impressed when using it at home
  10. Line 6 have some pretty good pedals, but not in my price range. This unit has had some good write ups, at that price I think I may be tempted... https://www.thomann.de/gb/harley_benton_dnafx_git.htm
